The CSA STAR‘s public available registry recognizes assurance requirements of cloud service providers. The program is designed to help customers assess and select a service provider by promoting visibility into the specific provider’s documented security practices. The certification demonstrates that a cloud service provider conforms to the regular requirements of the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 management system standard and has addressed requirements critical to cloud security, as outlined in the CSA Cloud Controls Matrix. By achieving Level 1 status within the program, Digitate demonstrates the use of best security practices to its customers and the security posture of ignio™ – our flagship SaaS-based autonomous enterprise solution.
The SOC 2 audit and report provide customers with an understanding of controls a company provides related to the security, availability, process integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of its services. Audited by Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Digitate’s SOC 2 Type 1 certification confirms that its data control objectives and activities meet the SOC 2 standards for security and confidentiality.
